The Terms of Service is applicable to anyone who visits our site and/or use our services through the website, the mobile app or any other means. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of EV Charging Innovations Pvt Ltd’s Website, located at www.chargengo.in.

By Accessing any of our services, you are giving your consent to be bound to the terms and conditions of our site and services. If you do not wish to do so, do not access the website or any of the services provided. The company reserves the right to update, change or delete any part of the service, which will be update here. It is the user’s responsibility to be keep updated of the changes which will be posted on this page

The website and associated services are operated by “E V Charging Innovations Pvt Ltd” and any reference throughout the website to “the Company", “We", “Us" or “Our" in this Agreement refers to E V Charging Innovations Pvt Ltd or the brand name chargen’go.

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing Chargengo, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the EV Charging Innovations Pvt Ltd’s Privacy Policy.

Eligibility:

Do make sure you are 18 years and above to access the Services provided. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. You may not use/copy our products or services any illegal/unauthorized purpose. Any breach will lead to immediate service suspension or termination of your account

The data provided by you at the time of registration is complete, precise and valid. Any changes in the data provided by you at the time of registration has to be updated with us without fail. We shall not be liable for any liabilities that you may occur due to the incorrect or non-updated data which is on the system provided by you. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your account.

The account created by you is for your own sole usage. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the account created. Do not share your user details with anyone else. The company will not be responsible for any loss that you may incur due to the sharing of your account details – this includes but not limited to sharing of passwords or your mobile devices like Phone, laptop or digital tablet devices either knowingly or otherwise.

We reserve the right to change the services (discontinue or modify) or the prices for the products and/or services at any time without prior notice. Our services might have links or services provided by third party Net vendors/partners; and these services are not owned by the company. The Company has no control or responsibility for the content or policies of any third-party web sites or services. We shall not be liable for the third-party service disruptions also. It is advisable to have an understanding of the third-party services by going through their terms and conditions and privacy policies.

Chargen’go or associates will be providing promotional or service-related messages to the registered mobile number or email provided. You can choose to stop receiving these messages by reaching out to us on the link provided on the app.

Unless otherwise stated, EV Charging Innovations Pvt Ltd and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Chargengo. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Chargengo for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material from Chargengo

• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Chargengo

• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Chargengo

• Redistribute content from Chargengo

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. EV Charging Innovations Pvt Ltd does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of EV Charging Innovations Pvt Ltd, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. Payments and refund policies:

The payments for the charging sessions completed/used will be deducted from your wallet. You can add money to your wallet by the following options:

Card payment – Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and Maestro
UPI payments – PhonePe, GooglePay, PayTM and more
Netbanking – All the Indian Banks

You can view your wallet balance through the app. Do make sure that there is enough balance in your wallet before you initiate your charging session as the charging will stop once the available balance runs out. You can view your previous charging history and get the invoice through the app. The Minimum balance of INR 150.00 should be available in your wallet to initiate the charging session.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: The payments will be deducted automatically from your wallet once the charging sessions is complete. Your online invoice will have the details of the deductions done from your wallet; which will include the units consumed, the taxes deducted and any service or booking charges involved. If you feel that you have been charged anything more than you are supposed to pay; please contact our customer service team on contact@chargengo.in within 7 days of the incident.

The same applies to any other services or products you have purchased though the app or the website. If you are returning any goods purchased; it is your responsibility to return the goods to us as it was delivered. We will not be held liable for any damaged caused or lost item in return shipment. Also, do note that we would require the proof of receipt of the goods purchased; either through invoice, delivery note or transaction details.

For the goods which are purchased and covered by the warranty terms of the manufacturer, it is mandatory to provide the warranty cards or proof of purchase to cover the warranty.

Cancellation or rescheduling a booking: A cancellation/penalty fee will be charged once you have made a booking for charging and if it is a no show, late show. The booking will automatically be cancelled if the charging session hasn’t started and the booking fee will be charged.

If the booking is cancelled by Chargen’go due to any maintenance issue or power failure; the booking charges will be refunded in full. In such scenarios the booking charges will be rolled back to your wallet within 24 hours. Do contact the customer service on contact@chargengo.in if there is any discrepancy.
